By the time we’re deep into the “Fourth Quarter” of our lives, we may decide to adjust our living arrangements. Upkeep of a house, or even a condo, may get to be too much (or maybe we just get tired of it). Driving may become a challenge. Maybe we’d like someone else to do the cooking and cleaning.
